Located on a beautiful existing farm in Victoria, this project was a new commercial equestrian facility. Because of its proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the climate is temperate and rainy. The Greystone Equestrian Center was designed to take advantage of prevailing local winds as well as to focus the attention on the best views overlooking a small pond and the hills beyond. Included in this project are two 20-stall barns for boarding and schooling horses, a round pen, two indoor arenas for hunter/jumpers and dressage, a health club, and a restaurant.
