FSC affiliate Panorama International was hired to develop Shoal Bay Villas, an upscale hotel and condominium development overlooking Anguilla’s famous Shoal Bay. Rated among the top ten beaches in the world by Conde Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure magazines, Shoal Bay beach is already a must-see destination for visitors to the island. When fully complete, Shoal Bay Villas will also feature a boardwalk and arrival promenade with several shops, restaurants and bars to service the popular beach as well as the hotel and condos.
