Located on 300+ acres in scenic Orange County, the farm was purchased by a family of equestrians who want to develop it into a premier dressage facility. Plans for the complex call for the construction of a large horse barn with an apartment, expansive indoor arena, two outdoor arenas, a hot walker, a round pen and an array of day paddocks. Accessory buildings such as equipment sheds and storage barns are also envisioned while other sites have been set aside for pasture and future expansion. Several homesites for family members have been selected with views over a proposed lake. The entire farm will be connected by a series of strategically placed rural roadways.

Responsibilities include master planning, site design, and engineering of infrastructure for the entire farm and coordination with associated professionals and contractors.
